Try looking at the road. It’s safer.

Is this a problem? I may need to see a doctor... I can’t stop looking at my truck

Thats how I’ll be when I get home. There is nothing wrong with my parent’s Civic but it ain’t my car. Also waiting for when I can mount the wheels I bought this summer.

Nice! Love the black top on silver/gray cars.

There’s a Facebook car meme that says if you don’t look at your car as you walk away, you bought the wrong car. I tend to agree. Miata looking sexy on wheels that look a bit like stock Neon SRT4 ones.

NOW I can’t stop looking either!

The black top and black windshield frame go together so well. I love it. Can’t wait to vinyl wrap the top the same metallic black I wrapped the windshield frame.

Nah

Best looking stock wheels. Though I rather like pretty much all the ND wheel choices. Mazda has gotten good at design lately.

That will look great. Any plans to tint the front triangle windows? I personally like them dark with a black top.

Jacob got a 20% tint on his ecoboost and now I think I’m going to have the same done to all the windows on the Miata to blend in with the black hardtop and a pillars.

If you won’t run into trouble with law enforcement, I would definitely say go for it!

20% is the legal limit here

I should get me some tupperware. Would hide my rocker rust of shame.

Organic/free trade/non GMO Almond Butter and Jealous. We can have 70% here.

Cut it out, por15 it, primer it, put tupperware over top of it.

I only get yak-fat derived butter from Central America.

Free-range, grass fed Yaks, I’m assuming.

I should try por15. I’ve ground it out with a wire wheel, put some random rust reformer spray on the metal that was left, bondoed the hole, and put some paint on it. It has kept it from rusting further but it still looks like ass. I dont really care since I only care how it drives, but I generally just give it a post winter treatment so that the whole car doesnt rust away.

But of course.

No, 35% is

POR15 is pretty great, it’s holding some of my Mazda together. I didn’t prep other than a wash because I’m a bad person but I painted my rust in POR15 and then did a color match (which is a bit off) spray paint and it looks at least 32% less like ass now.
This being in Wisconsin it’s regained about 11% ass over the last winter.

Stupid numbers.

The Mazda 3 in general is like the worst culprit of the Mazda rust. Your end result looks pretty darn good though!
